The old saying "time flies when you are having fun" is definitely true. We are having a great year at LMS so it's not surprising that it's already time for 12 week progress reports. They were run this morning and will be sent out to families this week. Please review your student's report with them and identify areas of celebration and areas for improvement. Teachers are available after school each day for Scout Learning Lab and there is a late bus afterwards. We're here to help. Please let us know how we can help your student be successful.

We have three full weeks of school before winter break. Our students and staff are working extremely hard to pack as much learning as possible into each school day. I know it can be tempting to add a day or two to a vacation, please don't. Your student misses out on first time instruction that cannot be replaced when they are not in school. Certainly things come up that can't be avoided, but to the maximum extent possible schedule appointments, vacations, and other activities outside of school days. Your student and our school will be better off for it. Make it a great week!
